What is the reason for this report?

I would like to get information about my account.

Hello, my account was locked even though I entered the correct card details when adding a card to my account. After a long time, I wanted to set up a website infrastructure for my Shopify store and wanted to use DigitalOcean, but then I remembered that my account was locked and found out that I couldn’t log in. Is there a solution to this? How can I resolve this issue?
